What you pay, when you pay it, and the costs that sit outside our price.
- No VAT added
- Invoices due in 7 days
- Monthly services billed in advance
- Projects are paid in three parts: 50% on signing, 25% on design approval and 25% before handover.
- No VAT is added. Brandflip does not charge VAT, so the prices on this site are the full amount you pay. When you compare quotes, check whether other agencies' prices exclude VAT.
- Invoices are payable within seven days by electronic funds transfer.
- Monthly services (social media, email, ads management and care plans) are invoiced at the start of each month, in advance.
- Change requests are invoiced on completion or monthly, whichever comes first. All change requests done before handover must be paid before handover.
- Late payment. If an invoice is more than ten business days overdue, work pauses on written notice and the timeline moves by at least the length of the pause.
Costs that are not in our price
Paid by you directly to the supplier. If we pay one on your behalf, we recharge it at cost plus a 10% administration fee.
