Because you should know roughly what something costs before you spend an hour on a call. It also means every client pays the same price for the same work.
Why would I choose a funnel over a website?
A funnel does one job: turn visitors into leads or sales. If your goal is more enquiries or more sales of one offer, a funnel is usually faster, cheaper and more effective. A website makes sense when people need to explore several services or products.
What exactly is a revision round?
One written list of changes to one stage of the project, sent once. Collect everyone's comments first and send them together; a second list after we have made the first set of changes counts as a second round.
What if I want something that is not in my package?
Send it in writing. We reply with the cost and the effect on the timeline, and nothing happens until you approve it. You can also save it for after launch.
How long will my project take?
Your proposal gives an estimate based on the project and our schedule. The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback arrive, so having your text and photos ready shortens it more than anything we can do.
What if I get busy and go quiet during the project?
It happens. After 15 business days without a response we pause the project, and after 30 we may close it and invoice the work done. Restarting is possible, subject to our schedule and a reactivation fee.
Do I own my website?
Yes, once everything owed is paid. You receive the admin login, the site in your name, and a handover pack listing every account and subscription.
What happens after handover?
For 30 days we fix any defect in our work for free. After that, you can join a care plan or ask us for quoted work whenever you need it.
Can you guarantee my site will not be hacked?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. We build carefully, and a care plan and annual Security Check reduce the risk. The security section explains who is responsible for what.
Why do you charge 10% on ad spend?
Bigger budgets mean more campaigns to watch and more money to protect. Below R10,000 a month there is no fee, and the spend itself always goes straight to the platform.
Why are some items priced on request?
Shopping, Performance Max and similar campaigns depend on the state of your store and accounts. We look first, then give you a fixed price in writing, so you never get a low guess that grows later.
What is AI visibility?
Making sure Google, Bing and AI assistants such as ChatGPT can find, read and recommend your business. It covers Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, your Google Business Profile and the structured information on your website.
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. We manage your ads with care, but no one can honestly promise a set number of clicks, leads, sales or rankings.
What if an ad gets rejected?
Platforms set their own rules. We fix standard ad and product rejections free for 30 days after launch. Account suspension appeals are quoted separately, and the final decision rests with the platform.
Is your social content made with templates or AI?
No. Every post is designed by a person on our team, around your brand. Nothing is generic.
Will you only ask my happy customers?
No. Every customer is asked the same way, with no rating question first. Google bans asking only happy customers, and can remove reviews and stop new ones on a profile that does.
Can you remove bad reviews or promise five stars?
No, and nobody honestly can. We help you reply well to every review, and a review that breaks Google's rules can be reported for Google to decide.
Do my customers need a Google account?
Yes. Google asks people to sign in before they post a review, and anyone with Gmail already has an account.
Can customers stop the messages?
Yes. Every message says who sent it and how to stop, and anyone who replies STOP or taps the link is never asked again.
